Health Care Compliance Specialist


Employment: Consulting Assignment

We are looking for a Health Care Compliance Specialist to join a global Life Science organization. In this role, you will support the Healthcare Compliance function by ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations and global standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, HR and Commercial to strengthen and continuously improve the organization's compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Healthcare Compliance (HCC) programs and day-to-day compliance activities.

  • Coordinate and deliver compliance training programs.

  • Maintain employee training and certification records.

  • Participate in compliance reviews, approvals and risk assessments.

  • Support internal audits, testing and monitoring activities.

  • Assist in developing, updating and implementing compliance policies, SOPs and procedures.

  • Collect, analyze and report compliance-related data and KPIs.

  • Support investigations, deviations and Management Action Plans.

  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to implement compliance initiatives.

  • Support implementation of local and global compliance strategies.

  • Drive continuous improvements of compliance processes and working methods.

Qualifications

We believe you have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Healthcare Compliance (HCC/GCC)

  • Compliance

  • Regulatory Affairs

  • Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Medical Affairs

  • Pharmacovigilance

  • Internal or External Auditing

  • Legal Compliance

Experience from the pharmaceutical, medical device or consumer health industry is highly preferred.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience working in regulated environments.

  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.

  • Fluency in English.
