How You Will Contribute
- Prepare financial reports, business analyses, forecasts, and management information to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Support and continuously improve budgeting and forecasting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze and monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, cost center accounting, and variance analyses.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts to support effective financial planning.
- Collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure alignment between financial objectives and business activities.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing accurate financial information and documentation.
- Monitor and oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and related financial reporting.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement of financial controls and reporting tools.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data and reporting.
Your Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance, controlling, accounting, or business analysis role.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and financial analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
