Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Every 4th weekend, 2 holidays per year

General Summary
Provides comprehensive family-oriented nursing services to individuals in the home setting by use of the nursing process in accordance with physician orders, the established plan of care, corporate policy and procedures, and the Nurse Practice Act.

Our specialized staff of nurses, aides, therapists and caregivers work with physicians to provide the services necessary to treat patients in the comfort of their own home.
WellSpan VNA Home Care provides easy access to excellent care. We serve Central and South Central PA including: Adams, Berks, Chester, Lancaster, Lebanon, York and Franklin counties.
