Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Key Account Manager to manage and grow our key accounts on the online channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong and lasting relationships with clients, deeply understanding their business goals, and creating and implementing effective e-commerce strategies to achieve those goals. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in e-commerce analytics, digital shelf optimization, and performance marketing

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Own the holistic e-commerce business across key pureplay accounts, with accountability for revenue growth, market share, and profitability.

· Develop and execute joint business plans grounded in robust performance KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, media ROI, etc.).

· Drive digital growth levers including media investment, on-site merchandising, content optimization, and promotional strategy.

· Partner with CRM/marketing teams to activate lifecycle programs that improve customer acquisition, repeat purchase, and LTV.

· Analyze performance using e-commerce and media analytics tools; translate insights into clear actions and growth strategies.

· Lead negotiations on commercial terms, trade investment, and activation plans aligned to ROI and brand objectives.

· Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, supply chain, finance, content) to ensure operational excellence and digital readiness.

· Optimize digital shelf fundamentals: assortment, availability, pricing, ratings & reviews, search visibility, and conversion drivers.

· Prepare high-impact business reviews and growth proposals for internal stakeholders and external partners.

· Stay ahead of evolving e-commerce trends, platform innovations, and competitive dynamics.

 

Requirements:

· Degree in economics, marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience of at least 5-7 years as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the e-commerce sector.

· Experience in Beauty Industry.

· Strong knowledge of the international e-commerce landscape, online sales platforms, digital marketing strategies, and market dynamics.

· Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships at all levels.

· Analytical mindset and ability to interpret e-commerce data and metrics.

· Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

· Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools.

· Proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with various company functions.
