ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will help shape the future of HR service delivery. You will drive the architecture, design, and evolution of HR technology solutions. Working across systems, workflows, automation, and AI capabilities, you will help create scalable, secure, and seamless experiences that make HR services more connected, intuitive, and impactful.

This role is based in Portugal with remote working arrangements.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design scalable analytics, automation and AI solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, HR data governance and responsible AI principles.
  • Define HR data models, reporting architecture and integration principles across People Analytics, SuccessFactors Stories, SAP Analytics Cloud, workforce planning and HR data products.
  • Design AI-enabled HR experiences and support AI-enabled HR operations, case management optimization and service analytics.
  • Lead integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, payroll, document management, communication platforms and other enterprise systems.
  • Drive automation, self-service, workflow simplification and employee experience improvements.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Security and external vendors on solution delivery, roadmap planning and architecture alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, audit, HR data governance and responsible AI standards.
  • Provide architectural guidance for APIs, middleware, event-based integrations and cloud-native solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and review partner solution designs to ensure scalability, security and alignment with enterprise architecture.

 

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

  • 5+ years of experience in HR technology, enterprise architecture and/or HR systems integrations or data analytics solutions.
  • Experience designing scalable analytics, automation and AI solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, HR data governance and responsible AI principles.
  • Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms with enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of APIs, middleware, integration platforms and authentication standards.
  • Power Apps and/or Power Automate experience is nice to have.
  • Basic programming skills are nice to have.
  • Experience with workflow automation and service management processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle, case management, onboarding/offboarding and HR operations.
  • Understanding of the application delivery lifecycle, including development in lower environments, testing, deployment controls and change governance.
  • Experience working in global environments with governance and compliance considerations preferred.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
