About this role

Medscape, a division of WebMD, develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical reference sources, stay abreast of the latest clinical information, learn about new treatment options, earn continuing medical education credits and communicate with peers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with the Sales team to understand client objectives and needs

  • Develop strong understanding of WebMD media products

  • Assist Sales team with RFPs and client facing decks

  • Plan and reserve media

  • Obtain creative/3rd party tags

  • Develop internal relationships and effectively communicate program details to internal operation teams

  • Provide ongoing campaign management to ensure revenue is maximized

  • Analysis & perform optimizations

  • Proper delivery of contracted goals/ program pacing and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 7 years’ experience

  • Ability to multi-task and function well under pressure and tight delivery timeframes

  • Understanding of third-party advertising tags and reporting

  • Proactive, results-oriented with strong customer service skills

  • 1-3 years’ experience in agency or publisher environment with media planning responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel

  • Knowledgeable of the latest digital advertising trends and online media

  • Salesforce, DART, Sizmek, Prisma experience a plus

Salary range: $60,000 - $66,000
