Why This Role Is Perfect for You

Just graduated with a degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or Communications and ready to make your mark?
As an Associate Media Planner (Operations), you’ll be at the heart of our digital media campaigns for major global clients — including top pharmaceutical and healthcare brands. You’ll get hands-on experience managing campaigns, analysing data, collaborating across teams, and learning how digital media brings ideas to life.

This isn’t just a job — it’s your launchpad into the world of digital media strategy and operations.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of a dynamic global team that ensures campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. Expect to:

  • Managing Operations and overseeing all media campaigns across the full lifecycle - from Media Plan development to delivery.

  • Analyse data and track campaign performance to make optimisations that drive results.

  • Collaborate with Media Client Services, Ad Ops, Inventory and other teams to bring campaigns to life.

  • Learn how to navigate advertising platforms like Google Ad Manager, DCM, Salesforce, and more.

  • Prepare delivery summaries and maintain campaign performance sheets.

  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, helping keep projects on track.

  • Build relationships across internal teams and ensure client requirements are actually communicated internally.

You’ll be learning industry best practices every step of the way — and gaining the foundational skills for a long-term career in digital media or advertising operations.

What We’re Looking For

We don’t expect you to know everything — just come ready to learn, grow, and contribute. Here’s what helps you shine:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or Digital Marketing).

  • Curiosity about digital media, advertising, and data-driven marketing.

  • Strong attention to detail and a love of organization.

  • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets — and keen to develop data skills.

  • A team player who’s proactive, positive, and eager to take initiative.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

  • Logical thinker who enjoys solving problems and improving processes.

Bonus points if you’ve had exposure to digital platforms like Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, or DV360 — but if not, we’ll teach you!

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience with global media campaigns.

  • Mentorship from industry professionals.

  • A collaborative and supportive team culture.

  • Real career growth opportunities in media, advertising, or marketing operations.

  • The chance to contribute to meaningful campaigns that help improve health and wellness worldwide.
