Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager who can own project execution end-to-end and ensure smooth delivery of product initiatives across engineering teams.
This is a core Project Management role, not a Business Analyst role. We are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience in Agile project execution, sprint management, engineering coordination, release tracking, and delivery management.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with developers, driving execution, resolving blockers, managing timelines, and ensuring successful product delivery in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Own sprint planning, execution, and delivery management across engineering teams
• Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release tracking
• Drive project execution and ensure timely delivery of product releases
• Coordinate closely with engineering teams to remove blockers and maintain development velocity
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
• Ensure alignment between product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Manage Jira / ClickUp / Zoho boards and maintain execution visibility
• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones
• Identify execution gaps proactively and drive resolution independently
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Support engineering teams in prioritization, planning, and execution activities
Requirements
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Agile Project Management, or Technical Project Management
• Strong experience managing Agile sprint execution and engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Zoho, or similar project management tools
• Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle, release management, and risk management
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive execution independently
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and SaaS product environments
• Experience working in product-based or SaaS companies is highly preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution tracking
• Candidates with Business Analyst-only experience will not be considered
• Candidates with only 1–2 years of experience will not be considered
• Only candidates from the Delhi NCR region should apply, as this is a Work from Office role in Noida. Preferred commute time should be within 1 hour.
