FIELD SPECIALIST III - Directional Drilling

Objetivo del Puesto
Liderar la ejecución y optimización de operaciones de perforación direccional, asegurando el posicionamiento preciso del pozo dentro de la trayectoria planificada y el cumplimiento de los objetivos geológicos, operacionales y de seguridad. Este rol es responsable de tomar decisiones técnicas en tiempo real, maximizar el desempeño de la perforación mediante la optimización de herramientas y parámetros operativos, reducir el tiempo no productivo (NPT) y garantizar la entrega eficiente de pozos de alta calidad en coordinación con equipos multidisciplinarios y el cliente.
