- Respond to client questions on coverage, billing, claims reporting, audits, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and business changes.
- Review farm operations and identify key exposures such as property, liability, auto, equipment, livestock, environmental, cyber, crime, and business interruption.
- Support renewals by gathering updated information, reviewing coverage needs, completing required updates, and coordinating remarketing when needed.
- Work with producers, underwriters, carriers, broking teams, and clients to provide complete and timely information.
- Maintain clear notes, follow workflows, and document recommendations and client decisions to support compliance and E&O prevention.
What You Bring
- Active P&C insurance license for the province(s) being serviced is required; RIBO license is required for Ontario clients.
- Commercial lines experience is required; agriculture, farm, SME, or mid-market account management experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of farm and agri-business coverage considerations, including farm property, CGL/farm liability, commercial auto, equipment, livestock, produce, environmental, cyber, crime, and business interruption exposures.
- Experience with renewals, remarketing, endorsements, claims intake, client reviews, and underwriting information gathering.
- Ability to explain coverage in clear, practical language and document discussions appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage changing priorities.
- EPIC and Policy Works experience are assets; CAIB, CIP, CRM, or similar designations are also assets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other insurance designations are considered an asset.
