Role Overview
As a Statistical Analyst, reporting to Measurement Science Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing activities in order to meet key deadlines while maintaining and ensuring quality of services. As Statistical Analyst works with large datasets, turning data into insight, the role requires attention to detail and great collaboration and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Defines, validates & maintains sample for all deliverable services.
- Analyses data in order to achieve the optimal Market estimation.
- Monitors & evaluates Market Trends so as to ensure the quality of services.
- Masters the measures’ definitions and answers related data queries from local client-facing teams.
- Supports and evaluates new product development by executing various data simulations.
- Automation and optimization of existing processes.
- Utilizes client feedback to deploy continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master’s degree (MSc) in Statistics, Econometrics, Operational Research or similar quantitative field of study
- Very good knowledge of one or more of the following: SAS, R or Python
- Excellent command of MS Office Suite
- Highly numerate with excellent problem solving skills, self-driven quick learner and genuine interest inattention to detail and quality.
- Previous working experience in a relevant role, preferably in FMCG sector would be considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English alongside with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to converse effectively across the organization
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task efficiently and work under pressure
- Efficient in working both independently and as part of a team
