  • Localize and manage technical and commercial marketing materials, including brochures, application notes, presentations, email content, landing pages, event materials, and customer communications.
  • Identify relevant topics, customer speakers, application stories, and industry events that strengthen TA Instruments’ thought leadership and customer engagement in Taiwan and Southeast Asia.
  • Support new product introductions and regional campaigns by adapting global messaging into locally relevant programs, working with product management, applications, and commercial teams.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers, field sales teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent execution, customer-focused messaging, and successful event outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering, or a related scientific or technical field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in field marketing, commercial marketing, marketing communications, or demand generation, preferably in analytical instruments, scientific equipment, materials science, chemicals, or a related B2B technical industry.

  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, campaign execution, CRM discipline, MQL follow-up, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI measurement.
  • Ability to work closely with sales, applications, service, distributors, product management, and regional marketing teams across Taiwan and Southeast Asia.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin Chinese is required. Additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus.
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable translating technical product and application information into clear, customer-focused marketing messages for scientific and industrial audiences.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital marketing or reporting tools; experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred.
