About the Role:

The Rooms Division Manager at the Warwick Hotel is responsible for overseeing all operations related to the rooms division within a hospitality establishment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. This role involves managing front office, housekeeping, and guest services teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction. The manager will develop and implement policies and procedures that optimize room occupancy, revenue, and overall guest comfort. They will also coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery across the property. Ultimately, the Rooms Division Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of the property by balancing operational excellence with a strong focus on guest relations and team leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role within the rooms division.
  • Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and guest service operations.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. and OPERA is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in hospitality management or related professional credentials (e.g., CHA, CHRM).
  • Experience working in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
  • Familiarity with revenue management and yield optimization techniques.
  • Bilingual abilities or proficiency in additional languages.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise front office, housekeeping, and guest services teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
  • Monitor room inventory, occupancy rates, and revenue management to maximize profitability.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as food and beverage, maintenance, and sales to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance to build a motivated and skilled team.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to the rooms division.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the rooms division.

Schedule and Benefits:

This is not a Monday- Friday job and weekend and holidays are required.

Medical, Dental and Vision

Vacation up to 80 hours first year

Sick- 48 hours per Colorado Sick Law

Salary Range- $75,000-85.000
