Join our team as a Software Engineer and help accelerate R&D through innovative technology solutions. In this role, you'll leverage cutting-edge technologies and modern design practices to develop globally distributed systems that support research and development efforts. We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, stays current with industry trends, and is driven to solve complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities - How will you help us grow?

  • Continuously learn and share your technical knowledge
  • Develop elegant solutions by utilizing your in-depth knowledge of design principles, patterns, and coding practices
  • Actively collaborate on an agile development team
  • Develop, and support a variety of multi-tier, high-performance solutions for R&D

Key Minimum Qualifications – What you will bring

  • 2+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills using creative approaches
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners
  • Hands-on experience with object-oriented languages and web development technologies
  • Experience with theoretical and practical approaches developing applications
  • The ability to understand and the desire to solve complex scientific problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Qualifications - Desirable, but not required

  • Azure, AWS, or other cloud experience
  • Background or interest in biology, genetics, or agriculture.
  • Experience with Angular, Typescript, C#, .Net, Node, and RESTful API Services
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and development tools, such as, Git and Jira
  • Experience with agile development methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum
