Vylor is hiring a Control Room Leader in Parndorf, Austria
What does a Control Room Leader do at Vylor?
The control room leader is a critical person in our plant organization, as he is in charge of starting and stopping all machines in the plant, keeping the overview of not mixing up different varieties in order to avoid customer complaints and needs to make sure highest safety and quality standards remain fulfilled.
Be the center of the plant operations and keep the overview of all process and machines
Make sure proper documentation in terms of traceability is fulfilled
Check proper cleaning of conveyors and elevators between changeovers with hands on mentality
Keep and maintain highest safety and quality standards, follow work instruction and procedures
Assist in improving the processes and support plant projects as needed
This full-time position is located in Parndorf/Austria, around 50 km to the east of Vienna. and is 100% “on-site” within shifts from August until March every season.
Your profile:
Strong technical skills and understanding for connected lines and machines
Experience in agricultural business is a plus
Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures to work on continuous improvements
Fluent communication skills in German and English (company language) is a plus
Strong team player and open to get integrated into an ambitious and motivated team where safety is considered as the top priority
