• Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Control Services
• Strong experience in project/program management and delivery
• Expertise in project scope definition and execution monitoring
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong risk identification and mitigation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage project deliverables, timelines and outcomes
• Strong understanding of strategic planning and project governance
• Ability to handle team-level and cross-team decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage overall delivery of programs/projects to achieve business outcomes
• Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables
• Manage stakeholder expectations, issues and outcomes
• Act as an SME and collaborate with multiple teams
• Lead strategic planning sessions aligned with organizational objectives
• Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
• Provide solutions for complex project challenges
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Support key business and project-level decisions
