(Senior) Manager M&A & Strategy (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Identifikation potenzieller Akquisitionsziele und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der M&A‑Strategie
- Steuerung nationaler und internationaler Projekte/Teilprojekte
- Koordinierung von Due Diligences inkl. Steuerung interner und externer Projektteams
- Durchführung von Unternehmensbewertungen; Erarbeitung und Plausibilisierung von Business Cases
- Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Konzern- und Geschäftsfeldstrategien sowie Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerberanalysen
- Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat
- Begleitung von Post-Merger-Integrationen
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder anderweitig relevantem Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity oder WP-Gesellschaft/BIG4
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Unternehmensbewertung
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Verhandlungssichere deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
