About the role

The Warehouse Technician supports warehouse operations through order preparation, inventory management, equipment assembly, and product testing assistance. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, maintaining a clean workspace, and flexibility to support various operational needs.

What you'll do

  • Prep orders for shipping including Labels and Bill of Lading when necessary.
  • Measure, Inspect and label Lining Materials
  • Test New Equipment
  • Assemble Vacuum Pumps
  • Verifying incoming shipments and report to Supervisor any shortages.
  • Responsible for month end inventory count as well as Inventory Spreadsheet
  • Assist Technical Manager in house demos/testing.
  • Re-package chemicals to smaller containers, using safety precautions described in the SDS sheets.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times by following the company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean work environment by performing cleaning duties when required.
  • Complete assigned duties.
  • Perform other related duties incidental to work described herein.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • GED/High School Diploma.
  • Satisfactorily complete 3 months on-the-job training.

 Licensure/Certification:

  • Tow Motor Certification

Typical Physical Demands:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day, including prolonged standing or sitting. Some bending, stooping, stretching, and twisting is required.
  • Requires full range of motion including eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
  • Must possess basic math skills.
  • Able to wear required PPE, i.e., hard hats, safety vest, work boots, and/or safety glasses/goggles while working as required by the job.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday and could include weekends, evenings and/or holidays - flexibility is required as job duties demand.
