Project Manager
About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between Customer and Operations involved in the execution of a project
- Manage all cost tracking and revenue reporting/forecasting for the project
- Schedule Prepare/Tie-In with contractor schedules
- Pre- planning and resource forecasting and inventory management
- Work with management for all major equipment/supply purchases
- Attend construction planning meetings and project/site walks
- Assist in quality control and safety of all projects
- Provide job site assistance to manage field operations
- Complete projects on schedule, within the allotted budget, and in accordance with QAQC standards
- Review all required reporting/collection of time and daily report logs (From operations/superintendents)
- Review/Approve/Submit all vendor and customer invoices, checking items, project info, dates, rates, etc.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience managing CIPP, Manhole Coatings and other types of trenchless rehabilitation construction required
- Ability to travel for both long and short-term projects
Skills & Competencies
- Extremely safety conscious and serve as an example to crew members
- Organized, detailed oriented and possess excellent time management and Microsoft Office skills with heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel
Salary Range
- $85,000 to 110,000, depending on position qualifications, job related skills and experience, education, certifications, and geographic location.
