Team

You will be an integral part of an new internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become.

You'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and refinement of one of our new Puzzle Game: Beads Out, to continue building a truly exceptional player experience. This is a unique chance to join a project with established momentum while still having a significant impact on its future direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment.

Role

We’re seeking a talented Producer who is deeply passionate about games and laser-focused on creating the next big hit. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As one of the driving force behind the game's success, you'll ensure the game reaches the highest standards of quality and innovation.

1. Project management & Planning:

• Define scope and create schedules

• Drive resource allocation in the studio

• Track progress and mitigate risks

2. Product quality & vision:

• Champion the game vision

• Oversee QA for quality

• Provide feedback on gameplay and player experience

3. Production process & Optimization:

• Establish and refine development workflows

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks

• Implement best practices
