We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Position: Maintenance I Porter
The Maintenance I Porter is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the building and grounds and minor repairs.

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11221
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED preferred. Good communications skills.
Maintenance I Porter Principal Responsibilities:
- Clean all areas and dispose of garbage in accordance with the facility schedule.
- Provide general interior and exterior maintenance (examples: floor stripping, power washing, painting, lightbulb changing)
- Maintain the facility landscape and perimeter (examples: lawn mowing, shrub trimming, snow removal, debris removal)
- Assemble furniture and equipment and maintain in working condition
- Complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Accept and transport deliveries of supplies, furniture, and other program materials.
- Assist in inventory control.
- Be available and provide back-up in emergency situations.
