Brief Role Description

Your heart beats for HR and are you interested in the people behind the personnel numbers? Then this could be your dream job: In our strong HR team, you have the opportunity to be involved in operational HR work and support us in administration and recruiting. Appreciation and support in your further development are guaranteed.

 

The hourly wage of a working student is €17.50.

Possible Tasks within this Role

Administration:

  • Support in day-to-day HR operations and HR processes
  • Getting to know the administrative activities, such as preparing certificates, obtaining signatures, maintaining personnel files
  • Maintenance of personnel master data in SAP and data in Time Management
  • Collaboration on special tasks and work on own small HR projects

Recruiting:

  • Organizing and conducting the onboarding event for new employees
  • Responsibility for applicant management and applicant correspondence as well as in the organization of job interviews
  • Responsibility for school student internships

Qualification requirements

  • You are currently obtaining a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably with a focus on human resources
  • You have already gained some practical knowledge in HR work
  • You have a careful and conscientious way of working
  • You are a strong communicator
  • You have good Microsoft Office skills
  • You have very good German and English skills
