Middle Contact Center Agent (Automotive Topics)

Annual gross salary range: Min. 17,130€ - Max. 20,243€ (depending on experience).

We are currently looking to grow our team with a Middle Contact Center Agent (Automotive Topics - German Speaker) for our fully remote project.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Participate in the full recruitment cycle across various roles for the project(s) assigned (headhunting, sourcing, job posting screening, interviewing, job offer management, negotiation and pre-boarding documentation).
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience and cultural fit
- Demonstrates and promotes the Group’s core values (currently defined as People Profile) or any future frameworks that reflect the company’s cultural and behavioral expectations
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Success Factors
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies from the VW Group
What skills are we looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of previous work experience in as Customer Care Specialist or in a similar Customer Service Representative (CSR) role (preferred)
- Native-level German or minimum C1 proficiency (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (is a plus)
- Familiarity with the automotive industry (considered an advantage)
- Experience using help desk software and remote support too
- Solid understanding of CRM systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
