About this role
Brief Role Description
Planificar las fases de desarrollo de nuevas piezas y procesos.
Asegurar el nivel de calidad requerido según especificaciones de diseño durante la homologación, así como durante la vida serie y en el campo.
Possible Tasks within this Role
Realizar el proceso de liberación y aprobación de primeras muestras de nuevas piezas.
Definir acciones correctivas en caso de encontrar desvíos de calidad en los procesos y productos de proveedores y realizar el correspondiente follow up de su implementación hasta la verificación de la eficacia de estas.
Qualification requirements
Herramientas de calidad (APQP; PPAP; AMEF; SPC; MSA, etc, etc).
Métodos de análisis y resolución d problemas.
Sistemas de Gestión de calidad según normas ISO; IATF, etc.
Interpretación de diseños y GD&T (Dimensionamiento y Tolerancias Geométricas).
Procesos de Manufactura.
