What You'll Do

As an LPN, you'll play an important role in providing quality care and building meaningful relationships with our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate nursing care
• Assessing residents and monitoring changes in condition
• Administering medications and treatments
• Following individualized care plans
• Supervising and supporting CNAs
• Communicating with residents, families, physicians, and the care team
• Completing required nursing documentation
• Following state and federal regulations
