Current LPN Opportunities

Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday–Saturday, plus every other Wednesday

Wednesday Day Shift + Thursday–Saturday Evening Shift
Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday–Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Evening Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday–Wednesday

Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Sunday thru Weds

What You'll Do

As an LPN, you will provide hands-on nursing care while working closely with residents, families, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing residents' needs and changes in condition

  • Providing nursing care according to individualized care plans

  • Administering medications and treatments as ordered

  • Supervising CNAs and other nursing personnel

  • Communicating with residents, families, and healthcare providers

  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

  • Following applicable state and federal regulations and facility policies

  • Promoting a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents

What We're Looking For

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

  • New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Compassion for working with older adults

  • Ability to assess resident needs and respond appropriately
