We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team! We welcome both newly licensed and experienced LPNs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents.

Open Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents
• Assess residents' needs and monitor changes in condition
• Develop, implement, and follow individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Supervise CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow all applicable state and federal rules and regulations
• Promote the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of every resident

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice
• Ability to assess residents' needs and provide appropriate nursing care
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Both newly licensed and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply!
