Make an impact at Serco

As Commercial Manager, you’ll provide commercial leadership across nominated post-contract matters within Serco’s Community portfolio. You’ll help ensure our contracts remain compliant, profitable and sustainable while developing practical commercial solutions and managing risk. Working closely with Finance, Operations, Legal, HR and clients, you’ll play an important role in supporting strong commercial and financial outcomes.

As a Commercial Manager in the Community team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Developing commercial solutions that manage risk and support contract profitability
• Leading commercial strategy, pricing, modelling and contract reviews
• Managing commercial risks through scenario analysis and practical mitigations
• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting client negotiations and achieving effective commercial resolutions
• Coaching colleagues to strengthen commercial awareness and capability

You could be a great fit if you have:

• A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Law or a relevant discipline
• A professional qualification such as CA, CPA or equivalent
• Proven commercial leadership experience in BPO or government services
• Experience managing commercial matters across large or complex contracts
• Strong analytical skills, including KPI and abatement modelling
• Proven influencing, negotiation and contract dispute resolution skills
