ABOUT THE ROLE

Vivienne Westwood Bridal is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Bridal Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Bridal Department as having bridal appointments two days a week. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, sales expertise in luxury or bridal and a passion for luxury fashion and client experience.

The successful candidate will, in addition to Sales, will assist the Bridal Manager with appointment coordination, client communications, order administration, reporting, ensuring a seamless experience for our brides throughout their journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Communication, Sales & Scheduling

  • Manage bridal inquiries via email and telephone

  • Coordinate bridal appointments, fittings, consultations, and gown collections for bridal manger and self.

  • Maintain appointment calendars and scheduling systems

  • Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and upcoming appointments

  • Provide exceptional client service while representing the Vivienne Westwood brand

  • Maintain professional written correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal teams in a timely manner.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate client records and order tracking systems

  • Assist with invoice preparation, deposits, balances, and payment documentation

  • Organize bridal files, measurement records, and fitting notes

  • Support shipping, delivery coordination, and collection appointments

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management

  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management

Bridal Operations

  • Liaise with internal teams regarding gown production, deliveries, and alterations

  • Monitor order timelines and communicate updates to clients

  • Assist with inventory management of samples, veils, and accessories

  • Support showroom preparation and presentation standards

  • Assist with special bridal events and trunk shows as required

General Duties

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

  • Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and up to date

  • Support the Bridal Manager with operational projects and administrative tasks

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment

  • Follow company policies and procedures at all time

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably within luxury retail, bridal, fashion, hospitality, or a client-facing environment

  • Previous bridal sales experience a plus

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, reporting, and data management

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, including email correspondence, calendar management, and appointment scheduling

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation, formatting, and reporting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with CRM systems and client database management preferred

  • Professional, polished, and client-focused approach

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the Bridal Manager and wider team

Schedule & Availability

  • Full-time position, 5 days per week

  • Weekend availability

  • Flexible scheduling based on bridal appointments and business needs.
