The CUN Passenger Services Sr Analyst will be responsible for optimizing the passenger experience and ground operational efficiency, ensuring exceptional and safe service throughout all stages of the journey through effective coordination of ground operations, resource management, and personalized attention to passenger’s needs.
Your deliverables will include:
· Manage all ground operations efficiently and safely, which is essential for maintaining punctuality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance, CCV, CRC, CCA, and Security, to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
· Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards, which is essential for passenger safety and the company’s reputation.
· Be prepared to effectively manage emergency situations and operational disruptions in coordination with authorities and airport operators, minimizing their impact on operations.
· Monitor and identify training needs for personnel, contributing to improved operational efficiency, service quality, and process performance.
Our ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree Airport Management, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, passenger services, ramp procedures, safety, and working with airport authorities.
Preferred experience in the airline industry, with knowledge of AFAC (Federal Civil Aviation Agency) regulations and aviation standards.
Knowledge of AIMS, Go Now Navitaire, Office, OTP Viewer
Strong communication skills, Leadership skills, problem-solving and conflict management, initiative, proactivity, and teamwork.
