About this role
KEEP MAINTENANCE TEAMS SAFE, CAPABLE, AND EXECUTING AT THEIR BEST
In manufacturing, equipment reliability doesn't come from maintenance plans alone.
It comes from execution.
The right work needs to happen at the right time. Technicians need clear direction. Safety standards need to be followed consistently. Work quality needs to be verified before equipment returns to service. Operational priorities need to be balanced without compromising reliability, food safety, or compliance.
When those pieces aren't managed effectively, downtime increases, equipment performance suffers, and risks escalate across the operation.
As a Maintenance Supervisor at Vitalus Nutrition, you'll lead frontline maintenance execution, coordinate daily maintenance priorities, and support the development and performance of maintenance technicians. Working closely with Operations, Maintenance Planning, Reliability, and Leadership teams, you'll ensure maintenance work is executed safely, effectively, and in alignment with production and reliability objectives.
This is a role for someone who enjoys leading people, making sound decisions in fast-paced environments, and creating accountability through clear expectations, coaching, and execution discipline.
