  • Partner closely with Sales to capture market insights, promotions, new distribution, and other assumptions shaping the demand outlook, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and identify drivers of variance, helping explain deviations and inform forecast adjustments.
  • Analyze historical data, current performance, and consumption to produce an objective, data-driven forecast.
  • Support and contribute towards the enhancement and implementation of forecasting tools, processes, and data quality.
  • Create, manage, and analyze reports and dashboards to support Demand Planning and cross-functional teams, ensuring data-driven insights for accurate forecasting and strategic decision-making.

  • Eagerness and ability to learn forecasting tools and systems, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • We recognize that talent comes in many forms. Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. You may have strengths we haven’t yet considered!
