About the role
This field-based position supports customers across Colorado—ideally based in Denver—and requires up to 75% travel, with occasional nationwide travel, to deliver expert clinical applications support for Vision RT systems. Working closely with hospital teams, the role focuses on developing clinical protocols, delivering onsite and remote training, supporting product demonstrations, and providing responsive phone-based clinical assistance. The position also contributes to customer education through workflows, guides, and e-learning, while collaborating with R&D to provide valuable product feedback and testing insights. Success in this role requires strong clinical radiotherapy experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
\nKey Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising closely with key customer sites to develop clinical protocols
- Attending exhibitions and providing product demonstrations/assisting sales at customer sites
- Providing clinical applications training to customers both on site and remotely, as well as creating and implementing support training information (workflows, user guides, e-learning courses)
- Providing phone support to customers and colleagues on the clinical operation of Vision RT systems
- Coordinating or leading customer and/or employee training classes. May also conduct group presentations at seminars, training programs and trade shows
- Liaising with R&D to provide product feedback and recommendations for improvement, and providing testing and feedback analysis to development staff
- Assisting in generating customer information bulletins (CIB) and tracking and delivery of those bulletins
- Associate degree or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- 3+ years minimum experience in Clinical radiotherapy environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experienced working in a fast paced commercial or clinical environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and passport is required as 90-100% of this role involves travel both domestic and international
- AlignRT/OSMS experience
- A strong team-player
- Self-motivated and result orientated
