Senior Healthcare Analytics BA-Domain SME

This is a remote position.
Analytics Business Analyst / Domain SME with strong expertise in Healthcare and Pharmacy and a good understanding of data and analytics.
The role will bridge healthcare/pharmacy stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex domain requirements into data and analytics solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years as a Business Analyst, Healthcare BA, Data BA, Healthcare Analyst, or similar.
- Strong experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Health Insurance.
- Good understanding of patient data, clinical/healthcare processes, pharmacy operations, prescriptions, medication data, claims, and reimbursement.
- Strong requirements engineering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile teams.
- Fluent English.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of SQL, data mapping, data models, ETL/ELT, Power BI/Tableau, and data warehouses.
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, ICD, SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, NDC or ATC is an advantage.
