Business System Analyst
About this role
This is a remote position.
Lead the full end-to-end solution design and delivery.
Collaborate with solution architects and tech leads to design solutions that adhere to requirements and regulations.
Work alongside the Project Management team to deliver the actual solution.
Support Quality Assurance (QA) and Development teams through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Interact heavily with customers, leading requirements solicitations, training sessions, and product demos.
Requirements
Proven track record of delivering large technical solutions.
Strong standalone capabilities, as the team structure primarily relies on a single BA to lead individual projects.
Willingness and ability to work on long-term projects (minimum 6 months, usually 12-18 months).
3 to 5 years of direct experience as a Business Analyst, preferably as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical/Systems Analyst.
End-to-End Leadership: Ability to act as the single, primary BA leading large technical solutions from start to finish.
Customer-Facing Skills: Significant experience interacting with customers, leading solicitations, and conducting training or demos.
Architectural Collaboration: Experience working directly with solution architects and technical leads to design solutions based on requirements and regulations.
Project Management Balancing: Ability to balance multiple long-term projects concurrently, typically lasting 12 to 18 months.
