Analytics Delivery Lead/Product Owner( Remote from Poland)
About this role
This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced Analytics Delivery Lead / Product Owner with strong knowledge of the Healthcare and Pharmacy domains to lead the delivery of data and analytics products.
The role combines Product Ownership, delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and healthcare/pharmacy domain expertise.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Analytics Delivery, Data Product Management, or similar.
- Strong experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Health Insurance.
- Experience delivering data, analytics, BI, or digital products.
- Good understanding of healthcare/pharmacy data, patient journeys, medication data, pharmacy operations, claims, and healthcare KPIs.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements engineering skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Fluent English.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Data Warehouses/Data Lakes, Snowflake/Databricks or cloud data platforms is desirable.
- Knowledge of healthcare/pharmacy standards such as HL7, FHIR, ICD, RxNorm, NDC or ATC is an advantage.
