About this role

We are looking for a candidate capable of leading multiple QA teams in Paris (Cergy), to be a strong voice and champion the QA Team across the full development lifecycle, establishing and improving testing guidelines, training junior and senior QA and QA Leads, as well as being a communication bridge between production, engineering, and QA on a key suite of projects.

About Our Team
Founded in 2004, our Paris studio is located within the lush confines of Parc Saint-Christophe in Cergy – easily reachable by public transport.
Our studio has a full suite of capabilities to undertake projects of varying scopes, including co-developments, adaptations, and remasters of AAA games. A great example of this is our recently launched homemade game, Mahokenshi, which was released in January 2023.
Virtuos Paris houses a team of experts from technical artists and game designers to engineers. Our Paris studio takes pride in its engineering team’s depth of experience, which has been providing its rich expertise in re-engineering and adaptation, as well as in gameplay mandates to our global partners to bring some of the world’s top AAA games to life.

La France compte 300 Virtuosi rassemblés dans trois studios : le premier à Cergy en région parisienne, le second au cœur de Lyon et le dernier en date à Montpellier.
Le studio de Cergy est implanté dans un écrin de verdure (Parc Saint-Christophe de Cergy) avec restaurant d'entreprise et salle de sport pour les plus actifs. Au cœur de la capitale des Gaules, le studio de Lyon se situe entre l'Hôtel-Dieu et la Place Bellecour. Le studio est facile d'accès en transports en commun, et n'est qu'à quelques encablures des typique bouchons lyonnais, bars, cafés, boutiques, espace piéton et autres réjouissances du centre-ville. L'équipe de Montpellier bénéficie du cadre idyllique du Sud de la France, le studio n'étant qu'à 20' en voiture de la nature et des plages méditerranéennes, tout en gardant la praticité de la proximité du centre-ville (10' en vélo).
