• Manage and maintain social media platforms, including content scheduling and audience engagement
• Assist with planning and executing seasonal marketing campaigns
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Manage Shopify orders and assist with eCommerce administration
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and social media
• Support website content updates and product listings
• Assist with online promotions, product launches, and special events
• Provide general marketing and administrative support as required
