About the Client
Rebecca is an experienced aesthetics and skin specialist with approximately six years in the industry. She currently manages a skin clinic with employed and self-employed practitioners and is entering a transition stage in her business.
She is expanding beyond traditional skin treatments and moving toward a broader approach focused on:
Women's health
Functional medicine
Hormonal health
Holistic skin health
Education and training services
Looking for someone who is particularly strong in administration, organisation and LinkedIn, rather than someone whose main focus is graphic design or social media content creation.
The role would initially be around 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase as the role develops.
Some of the areas ideally the client would like support with include:
● Managing and developing her LinkedIn presence, including helping me become more consistent and visible professionally
● LinkedIn engagement, networking and building relevant professional connections
● General business administration and organisation
● Email and inbox support
● Following up enquiries and keeping on top of leads
● Helping organise documents, systems and client/admin processes
● Research and general business support
● Assisting with newsletters and email marketing when required
● Supporting her with the administrative side of her online skin health work and other business projects
It would be particularly helpful to find someone who is proactive and confident enough to suggest ways we could improve systems or processes, rather than simply waiting for tasks to be given.
She has several areas of the business developing at the moment, so she is really looking for someone who could become a reliable long-term support to me and help take some of the day-to-day administrative workload away.
For LinkedIn specifically, she would ideally like someone who already has experience managing or growing a professional/personal brand on the platform, rather than simply posting content.
