Summary: Leads project management activities for assigned construction and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with Air Force standards and successful project delivery. Contingent Upon Award
Key Duties:
- Oversee project execution, monitor schedules, and manage project risks.
- Review design documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with contractors, government staff, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Prepare and present technical reports and project briefings.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and maintain project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years in facility project/program management).
- Experience with government or military construction projects preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
