About this role
VINNY's is looking for a talented and seriously ambitious creative who wants to build something, not just fill a calendar. As our Creative Content Producer, you carry the brand's content presence from plan to published. You understand how a brand lives online, and you can hold the creative vision and the production plan in the same hand.
Here's the part that matters most: you make things ship. Our Creative Director sets the vision and the bar. Your job is to turn that vision into a steady, high-quality output that goes live on time, without needing to be chased. You bring the discipline and follow-through that lets the creative actually land in the world.
You get real responsibility from week one, and the room to prove what you can do with it.
Tasks
WHAT YOU OWN
Content strategy
Build and maintain the annual content calendar. Translate brand direction into a weekly and monthly content plan, then keep it on track.
Tone & creative direction
Help define the visual and editorial tone, and make it live through the content. That includes how VINNY's sounds, not just how it looks: every caption and every collaboration should be unmistakably us. Brief and coordinate photographers, videographers, and other external creatives.
Execution
Produce and publish content yourself: stories, posts, short-form video, campaign assets. You also make your own graphic assets, from banners and story templates to social visuals, without external dependencies.
Activations & events
Assist the Creative Director across VINNY's physical activations: planning, logistics, suppliers, and execution on the day. You also make sure every activation is captured and turned into content that keeps working long after the doors close.
Outreach & relations
Identify gifting candidates, press contacts, and aligned creators. Own your part of the follow-up and relationship management.
Reporting
Track what works and capture the lessons. Surface insights to the Creative Director and Digital Growth Director every week so the next plan is sharper than the last.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- A reactive content executor who waits to be briefed.
- A dedicated graphic designer. You are fluent in Photoshop or similar and create your own content assets, but you don't produce print-ready or brand-level design work.
- A performance marketer. You create the content that fuels performance, but you don't run the media.
Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
This is a role for a builder and a finisher, not a second visionary. You'll thrive here if the description below sounds like you.
- A self-directed creative who can hold strategy and execution in the same hand, and who gets real satisfaction from seeing things finished and live, not just imagined.
- Highly organised. You can run a content calendar, keep production moving, and close loops without being managed.
- Deeply fluent in how brands live on Instagram and other relevant platforms: what performs, why, and what to do next.
- Visually sharp with a point of view. You can brief a photographer and know when the shot is right.
- Proactive. You bring ideas, flag opportunities, and move without waiting to be asked.
- Collaborative and low-ego. You're energised by making a creative vision real, and comfortable letting the Creative Director own the vision while you own the build. You can push back on timelines and standards without making it a fight.
- Comfortable in a small team where ownership is real and impact is visible.
- Ambitious in the impatient way. You want a place that hands you responsibility before you have formally earned it, and you are ready to prove you can carry it.
1-3 years in brand content or social media or you are a student or early-career talent with a portfolio that already proves you can do the work. A fashion, lifestyle, or streetwear background is a plus. What matters most is your eye, your initiative, and your ability to consistently turn a creative vision into finished work that lives online.
Benefits
WHAT YOU GET
- Direct, daily access to a founder and Creative Director with a real name in the industry, and a front-row seat to how a global brand and creative decisions actually get made.
- Responsibility from the start. Within a year you will have a portfolio's worth of work that went live, with your fingerprints on it.
- A role built to grow. 20 hours a week today, with the ambition of full-time as fast as the business can support it.
- A small team where ownership is real, feedback is fast, and impact is visible.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
You'll work closely with our Creative Director, who leads on vision and brand. A few things worth knowing about that partnership going in:
Decisions land best as options with a clear rationale and a timeline, not as binary “yes or no by Friday” asks. Bring the thinking, not just the question.
- You'll have real creative autonomy inside clear strategic guardrails. Independence is expected; so is staying aligned.
- Part of your value is keeping things moving when a project risks getting stuck in refinement. A steady hand on the production plan is as prized here as a good idea.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- VINNY's content has a clear, consistent point of view.
- The Creative Director can trust that daily output reflects the brand without constant oversight.
- A well-planned, proactive and structured content strategy and annual calendar exist, and are used across departments.
- External creative relationships are built and managed without bottlenecks.
- Activations run smoothly, and leave behind content that keeps working afterwards.
