We’re looking for a vibrant, skilled Bartender to join our team at Aqua Bay Bar & Grille, where guests come for the getaway and return for the hospitality. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ~ What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality—the resort way.
• Craft cocktails, pour drinks, and serve beverages with precision, flair, and consistency.
• Know your menu! Guide guests through our drink list and food pairings like a pro.
• Create personalized experiences—remember names, favorite drinks, and make each guest feel like a regular.
• Keep the bar area sparkling clean, organized, and fully stocked (no one likes running out of limes!).
• Collaborate seamlessly with the culinary and service teams to keep the good times flowing.
• Handle guest concerns with grace and professionalism—always leaving them smiling.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards with care and consistency.
• Promote specials, signature cocktails, and upsell premium options with enthusiasm.
• Maintain a polished, professional, resort-ready appearance every day.

 

QUALIFICATIONS ~ What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an upscale restaurant or hotel environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and composure under pressure.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
• Food Handler Card required.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 

Physical Expectations

• Ability to stand or stay stationary for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands for mixing, pouring, and preparing beverages.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including warm temperatures.
