Product Marketing Manager
About this role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 4+ years of experience in product marketing who has owned positioning and launches as a founding or solo PMM. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving, low-process startup environment and have a track record of running end-to-end product launches that drove measurable revenue or adoption outcomes. Bonus points if you've held a founding PMM seat at a Series A/B AI company or have vertical SaaS experience.
What you'll do:
Own positioning and messaging across multiple ICPs (media buyers, CSMs, AEs, ecom operators, agency owners) — built from customer evidence, not vibes — and maintain it as the single source of truth the company sells from
Run every product and vertical launch end to end: narrative, Product Hunt moment, landing page, paid and organic assets, lifecycle email, social, PR angle, and sales enablement
Arm the sales team with live battlecards, comparison pages, demo narratives, and competitive answers for Glean, Harvey, ChatGPT Enterprise, Cognition, n8n, and vertical agents
Conduct structured customer interviews and win/loss calls, turning insights into positioning and customers into proof (case studies, testimonials, video)
Drive adoption and expansion through messaging that moves activation — onboarding language, in-product moments, and lifecycle copy for a primarily self-serve revenue model
Ship production-ready surfaces yourself — prototype in Figma, direct designers and agencies, and put landing pages, paid assets, and enablement materials in market without waiting on anyone
