Job Title Manager - Construction Reporting To Project Head
Location Gangaikondan Grade/ Level 1D
Job Objective
 
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Construction to lead and manage end-to-end construction activities for solar (PV) projects. The role involves project execution, site management, contractor coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
   
Responsibilities KPIs
1)
  • Lead execution of solar EPC construction projects (Ground-mounted / Rooftop)
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion



 
2)
  • Manage site activities including civil, structural, and electrical works 
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management teams
3)
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards. 
  • Maintain maintenance logs, records, and history cards
4)
  • Drive productivity improvements and resolve site-level challenges 
  • Ensure proper documentation (DPR, MIS reports, site records)
SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
 
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical engineering 
  • MBA (Project Management/Operations) preferred
Experience
  • 10–15 years of experience in Construction/EPC projects (solar preferred)
