About the role:

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Veralto Enterprise System (VES) Americas, the VES Leader, Fundamentals LATAM is responsible for owning VES fundamentals processes that support the growth and development of VES culture across Videojet in LATAM. This role will help Commercial, Service, and Business Support teams achieve Policy Deployment (PD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets by coaching and training functional leaders and associates, enabling process improvements, and sustaining stronger results through VES tools.

The VES Leader, Fundamentals LATAM serves as a key thought partner for leaders across the region, leveraging VES fundamentals standard work and driving the deployment and sustainment of best practices. This is a hybrid role with periodic travel to São Paulo and Extrema (MG), as well as approximately 50% travel across LATAM. Adaptability, influence, and the ability to drive change across diverse functional teams are critical to success in this role.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Drive targeted, sustainable improvement in VES KPIs, including kaizen sustainment, certified practitioner funnel, and VES culture.
    • Lead the daily implementation of VES processes across LATAM, with a primary focus on Commercial, Service, and Business Support functions.
    • Champion structured problem solving and partner with teams to identify which VES tools should be applied and when.
    • Coach leaders and associates on daily management, visual project management, Growth Rooms, PSP, standard work, and other VES fundamentals.
    • Audit existing processes and systems at Gemba to identify improvement actions and strengthen sustainment.
    • Partner with senior leaders to review performance and define short-term and long-term VES strategies.
    • Plan, facilitate, implement, and sustain kaizen activities, including pre-work, kaizen charter review, approval, and follow-through.
    • Partner with Commercial and Service leaders to improve business performance through the application of VES fundamentals.
    • Facilitate capability building through coaching, training, and practitioner development across LATAM.
    • Drive adoption of best practices that improve customer experience, service delivery, productivity, growth, and overall business performance.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience deploying continuous improvement and/or VES processes, with a focus on fundamentals such as PSP, VMDM, and SW.
  • Experience driving organizational change management and process improvement with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify gaps and root causes, build a strategy, execute countermeasures, and lead through influence.
  • Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies within Commercial, Service, Customer Experience, Business Support, Shared Services, or Operational environments.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop leaders while driving sustainable behavioral and process change.
  • Ability to provide concise executive summaries of business performance issues, required changes, actions taken, and results delivered.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and statistical tools.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30-50% of the time across LATAM to support Commercial, Service, Business Support, and Operational teams.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Service Excellence, Customer Experience, Customer Support, or Shared Services organizations.
  • Experience with Veralto Enterprise System (VES), Danaher Business System (DBS), or equivalent continuous improvement business systems.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement training.
  • Experience facilitating kaizen events, Growth Rooms, PSP reviews, daily management, and visual management systems.
  • Experience working in matrixed, multinational environments and influencing leadership teams without direct authority.
