You as a Service Planning Coordinator (Dispatcher) at Videojet Technologies, play a key role in planning and coordinating all appointments for the Field Service Engineers. You work together with the Helpdesk and Account Managers to plan all assignments for Field Service Engineers as best as possible keeping customer satisfaction in mind. The role will be located in Istanbul.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Manage the schedule of around 20 Field Service Engineers by assigning them the interventions, preventive maintenances, and installations of our machines according to several criteria (skills, location, urgency, etc.)
• Send and track deliveries of parts needed to fulfil service tasks
• Monitor service appointments and delivery of parts ordered by Field Service Engineers
• Confirm visits to our customers
• Update dashboards (e.g. availability of Field Service Engineers and Response Time)
• Ensure efficient communication with Account manager and Field Service Engineers

The essential requirements of the job include:

• The ability to meet the deadlines and multitask to perform various activities
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus (Customer Relationship Management software - CRM)
• 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience
• Experienced within the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related industry is a plus
• Comfortable working in a customer-focused environment where urgent operational needs may occasionally require schedule flexibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are preferred.

Müşteri odaklı, organize ve operasyonel koordinasyon becerileri güçlü bir profesyonel arıyoruz. İdeal aday, Servis Mühendislerinin planlamasını etkin şekilde yönetebilen, aynı anda birden fazla görevi takip edebilen ve hızlı tempolu bir çalışma ortamında önceliklendirme yapabilen kişidir.

Adayın müşteri hizmetleri, servis koordinasyonu, planlama veya ilgili alanlarda 1-3 yıl deneyime sahip olması beklenmektedir. Günlük olarak müşteriler, Saha Servis Mühendisleri ve Satış Yöneticileri ile iletişim halinde olacağından güçlü iletişim becerilerine sahip olması önemlidir. Salesforce veya benzeri CRM sistemleri konusunda deneyim tercih sebebidir. Markalama ve kodlama, endüstriyel otomasyon, üretim veya benzer teknik sektörlerde deneyim ise avantaj sağlayacaktır.
