Reporting to the EEMEA Regional OEM Manager, the OEM Country Sales Manager Poland is responsible for leading strategic partnerships with key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers, driving growth through solution-based selling and long-term account development. This role plays a critical part in expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning Videojet as a preferred partner. The position will be located in Poland (hybrid/field-based).

In this role, a typical day will look like:
· Leading and growing strategic relationships with key OEM accounts, acting as the primary contact for high-value partnerships
· Developing and executing account strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
· Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through deep customer and market insights
· Negotiating complex, multi-year agreements with senior stakeholders at corporate level
· Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to deliver integrated solutions
· Representing Videojet at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

· Travel: This role requires frequent travel (typically 50%+), primarily within Poland, with flexibility to manage your schedule. After successful onboarding, the role will expand to include responsibility for Czech Republic and Slovakia, including management of key accounts in these markets.

The essential requirements of the job include:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
· Proven experience in B2B or industrial sales with demonstrated success closing complex deals
· Experience negotiating with senior-level decision-makers (Director/VP level or above)
· Background in packaging, printing, automation, or related technical industries
· Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office Suite
· Willingness to travel frequently (50%+ of time)
· Native Polish speaker with fluent English
