Global Compensation Analyst
About this role
About the Role
The Opportunity
We're seeking a Compensation Analyst to help enable the design, delivery, and administration of global compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate Veralto's associate population. In this role, you'll lead market benchmarking activities that keep Veralto competitive, strengthen pay governance and data-driven decision-making, and serve as a trusted compensation partner to Corporate HRBPs and the broader Total Rewards team. This is an opportunity to help execute Veralto's compensation strategy within a high-visibility function at a $5.5B global organization, with exposure to broad-based, global, and executive compensation programs.
You'll work closely with the Total Rewards team, HRBPs, Finance, Workday team, and external partners to deliver clear compensation insights, practical guidance, and consistent processes across the enterprise. Success in this role means high-quality benchmarking analyses, practical tools and resources, strong compensation governance, timely partnership on global and executive compensation priorities, and an innovative mindset toward continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Serve as the compensation SME for Corporate HRBPs, providing guidance on offers, promotions, equity adjustments, job evaluations, and pay positioning for the Corporate OpCo client group.
Coordinate annual benchmarking activities by submitting associate compensation data to external survey vendors and analyzing results to assess organizational competitiveness and identify pay positioning gaps in the annual compensation structure review.
Contribute to global compensation and executive compensation projects through data analysis, benchmarking, modeling, materials preparation, and follow-up on key workstreams.
Own the annual review of pay zone premiums, including assessing market movement, validating continued business relevance, and recommending updates to support consistent global pay practices.
Create and maintain reusable compensation tools, templates, training, and reference materials for HRBPs and managers, including compensation framework, governance, market pricing training, and salary structure resources.
Advance Workday compensation enhancements by partnering with the Workday team to identify process improvements, test configuration changes, validate compensation data, and help ensure tools and workflows meet Total Rewards and HRBP needs.
Partner with the Global Process Lead by sharing updates on the annual compensation process, communicating program changes, and helping ensure Total Rewards, HRBPs, and key stakeholders stay aligned on process expectations and timelines.
Document standard operating procedures for key compensation processes to reduce key-person dependency, promote knowledge sharing, and make recurring work easier to transition or scale.
Coordinate recurring compensation governance processes, including tracking exceptions, documenting decisions, monitoring approvals, and helping ensure consistent application of compensation guidelines.

Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate compensation concepts into practical guidance for HRBPs, managers, and business stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
