Day Activities Support Professional 1

  $500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days)

Position: Day Activities Support Professional 1 – Full Time 

Location: Greenfield, MA

Rate of Pay: $22.00 per hour      

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am- 4:00pm

Summary: 

• As a Day Activities Support Professional, you will support participants in accessing a variety of community-based opportunities that promote personal growth, social connection, and overall well-being.

  In this role, you will develop and coordinate individualized activity plans that align with each participant’s interests, goals, and strengths. Opportunities may include recreational activities, volunteer experiences, educational programs, employment exploration, wellness initiatives, and community events. You will foster strong relationships with community partners and provide high-quality, person-centered support that empowers individuals to maximize their independence and achieve meaningful community inclusion. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and passionate about helping others thrive. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to creating engaging experiences that enhance quality of life and promote community integration.

 Qualifications:

• High School/GED 
• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email and internet essential.
