About this role

The primary responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to manufacturing quality product, creating batches, loading, packing and loading and unloading production in a safe manner and other general duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, hard-working, dependable, with a get the job done attitude, team player and enjoys working with their hands. Ability to perform manual labor, standing, squatting, and walking, lift up to 50lbs. and with a certain amount of manual dexterity (the ability to pick up, handle, and manipulate) parts and materials quickly and accurately. Have experience in operating air tools. At least 2 years of working in manufacturing and/or construction preferred. Good math skills. Basic metrology knowledge.

  • Must have excellent work ethic and attendance.
  • Safety oriented and detailed focused team member.
  • Attention to detail and precision in task to detailed work.
  • Computer Skills
  • Work in confined space environment and at floor level.
  • Knowledge in operating overhead cranes, a plus
  • Shipping out finished product as needed & ensuring the accuracy and quality standard is met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Experience using grinder, scraper and other industrial tools
